As Amateurradio is part of it , here is my explanation of Amateurradio, from few years ago ( still working ).
What is Amateur Radio?And WHO is an Amateur Radio
Amateur Radio is first at all HOBBY
( nonprofitable hobby )
But do not worry : you will learn wonderful skills which can turn your life into the world of tehnology ( or prove that you are tehnologly oriented )
When you learn how to estabish a radio link with another amateur radio , you will understand three most important parts of radio chain :
(OPERATOR)~RADIO~ANTENNA
On the other side is the miror oposite scheme:
ANTENNA~RADIO STATION~(OPERATOR)*
* Today OPERATOR can be non alive person but computor or virtual image …..
Now you have answer WHO is an AMATEUR RADIO
